Due to the COVID scenario, I will have to work from home for the entire year. I renovated the store in the house which was full of stuff which was not used for years. After completing the wood work, I was looking for a .75 ton split AC for my Home office. There were hardly any options in the .75 ton category so I came across this .8 ton Whirlpool Inverter split AC which immediately caught my attention as Whirlpool is not only providing an AC in this category but that too an inverter AC. I took almost a week to decide whether I should purchase this AC or not because the reviews suggested that the product is good but Whirlpool installation and service is not good. Apart from this AC I could only find a Daikin .8 ton split AC but that was not an inverter AC. Also, the reviews suggested that it comes without the pipes and wires required for installation. So I ordered this AC. The AC was delivered on time on a Sunday. The next day, I received a call from their installation team and the person was at my place in no time. I have a wash room just behind the wall where the AC has been installed and the Installation guy did a very neat job and ensured that the AC pipes were taken from above the false ceiling in the wash room. The pipes are not visible at all. The product is Awesome and cools the room quickly. The reason I was looking for a low tonnage AC is because its a small room of around 75-80- sq feet and this AC is perfect for this space. Once I Switch it on in the morning, it keeps running till the night but I cannot see any increase in my electricity consumption. Earlier I used to work in my bedroom with a 1.5 ton AC running throughout however, I used to keep switching it on and off if I used to leave the room. With this Whirlpool AC I need not to worry about switching it on or off even if I am not in the room. It constantly runs at 28 degree temperature which is enough for my small room. I highly recommend this AC for a small space and I would like to highlight that I did not face any issues with the installation process or the staff. I am writing the review after almost a week of usage and till now I am completely satisfied with the product and the service.

Product is really great! However it’s the installation I’m not happy about, it’s so unprofessionally done. They charged me for everything even for cutting a hole in the wall. There is no bill whatsoever and the person came and left leaving so much of trash and dirt all around the room. Not sure what could be the solution for that. Not at all happy with the way the installation is handled I ended up paying 5k just for the Installation that includes the core cutting.

I am totally surprised by the low quality service and product you offer and con people . I was told yesterday by the Area Manager , probably his name Mr. Praveen . That Taniya will end a reply, unfortunately the manager commitment is as poor as your product . I have never witnessed such a bad company . Its almost 10 days and I am without AC . I purchased a new AC and it is not working as it is having leak and no reply for 10 days . This is what we do not expect .

Here is my mail the customer Service, Service Manager head and the CEO office is copied and still I receive a call now from someone who says they will come again on Friday to refill the GAS. Is there any kind of joke going around here? If affirmative I am not a part of this ridicule. I was nice up to this point. If the entire Whirlpool management is trying to play around then let me show my frustration as well . I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REFIL. THE UNIT HAS TO BE REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT AND ALL REPLACEMENT COST INCLUDING INSTALLATION, DE INSTALLATION ON YOU PLUS PER DAY RS.4500 COMPENSATION AGAINST OUTSIDE STAYING AND FOOD ARRANGEMENT. I will be going all out in this claim for my justice. I give now a damn to your AC and your company
