Do not buy the item from amazon, amazon itself is running fraud here, also hot feature is not upto mark, it does not heat up room only normal air comes out.

Delivery Experience: Amazon mentioned 2 person team will come and place the AC at your requested location, but the delivery partber came and left the AC at door while i was climbing down they ran away and never picked the call, i called amazon customer service they tried to call them but delivery team didn’t pick and customer service
Kept on muting and disconnecting call saying wait at for delivery team to come. The customer agent itself was rude. I had to call neighbours to help me pick the 40 kg unit inside home.

Product Installation:
Installation engineer came and when he unboxed it was found copper piping was missing, when i raised this to customer service they told they will investigate and will take 4 days or other option is buy the item myself using my cash and they will reimburse only in pay balance which is useless as u are literally parking customer fund in amazon so you only use it from their platform, i had to choose pay balance otherwise they will take 4 days to investigate and then another 10 days for deliver and installation that too if am lucky else this was bought in sale they will simply say it is out of stock, Also only 3000 can be reimbursed doesn’t matter if piping is costing more than that.

The fins on outdoor unit were dented,

Product Quality:
The noise level is too high, quite mode is useless and makes no difference,
Heating is barely noticeable even though the fan is running at fun speed or low speed. You can only feel blower effect if u sit next to AC. Do not buy this if you are looking to buy this for Heating feature go buy a heater at 3-4 k instead.
Cooling:
i can’t tell as it is cold season here will update review in summers.

Not sure if the picture is doing justice but Look at the picture of remote it feels like used one, screen is having scratches and text is barely visible and no option to turn that remote off.

Installation was not great either i asked them to cover hole with white cement they simply neglected, they charged extra for 1 meter wire which is not even reaching to socket and didn’t include it in bill and kept on asking for good feedback.

Value for money :
Can’t say because it coster above 40k and heating feature is useless, we can get 5 star AC at much lower price. Only good thing is WIFi control but that too has cons like live energy consumption is missing. App is difficult to setup first takes time to be visible in Mirai app.

I seriously recommend Buying it from offline as the engineer also told me that it is very common that the delivery or warehouse team in amazon are stealing copper piping kit in almost all orders and they get this everyday. That is why amazon quickly gets ready for reimbursement in oay balance.

I have been following up with Panasonic Service Center and the corporate office as well. They simply close the complaint without me sharing an OTP with them, stating that AC is working OK. They have maintained a stand that their product has been designed to cut off the compressor after having achieved the temperature. Which is not true for Inverter AC. However, now since yesterday the AC has started misbehaving further. Now, no matter what temperature you set on the unit, the unit will continue to drop temperature to uncomfortable levels in night. Which means it is not adhering to the set temp on the indoor unit.

However, while using the AI mode it works find and finds an auto temperature setting. Panasonic wants me to use AI mode only to suit it to my need. I found this justification outrageous and improper as how can I only use AI mode and not use the regular remote for features? My family cant access to AI mode when I am out with my mobile. Nor my parents are equipped to handle the smart features.

Panasonic has been trying to vile away from the problems with the unit and no one responds to service calls.

Please do not buy a Panasonic product. Their product and service sucks and you are left alone to deal with it.

Buying this AC was one of the worst decision. I’ve paid a premium for Panasonic as a brand and expected it to deliver quality.

It’s so unfortunate that the AC is not an inverter AC, it cuts off the compressor and fan even before reaching to set temperature. Ideally speaking the inverter AC never cuts off, it only reduces the compressor speed. I have had Sharp 1.2 ton AC for last 10 years and it never use to switch off in between, providing a comfortable sleep.

This Panasonic ac keeps tripping every 10 mins causing suffocating feeling in the room.

Also, the AC does not connect to Alexa and Google assistant directly. It needs to be essential linked with Mireal app and even after that the AC can only perform basic on off functions.

My experience is very poor and I would not recommend buying Panasonic ac. I have SHARP being installed for last 10 years, recently installed Samsung 1.5 in other room and both inverter AC works like a charm and does not create discomfort at all.

Guys take this feedback in account before buying so that you can avoid sleepless nights
